Changing out screens on crusher and got his right hand caught on the edge of the screen, causing a gash on the outside of the little finger

Employee #1 & #2 were working on conveyor belt on ground level. Employee #2 went to crusher van about 50 yards for 2 to 3 minutes, came back to find employee #1 face down on the ground not breathing. Incident occurred from previously unknown medical condition.
