Employee was in Hopper room shoveling out water into pails in order to remove the water from the location. At one point, the employee picked up a full pail and turned at his waist. He felt pain in his left hip.

Associate was plowing snow with the skidster, hit a frozen piece of material. Causing the associates head to jerk, which resulted in a sprain of the neck. The associate has returned to his normal work duties. Associate went in for follow up and needs some massage sessions to work out knots in his neck this was discovered on 3-19-13.
