COWORKER HAD EMPLOYEE ADJUST THE BRACKET ON THE RETURN ROLLER AS HE WAS HITTING THE BRACKET. EMPLOYEE'S ARM GOT CAUGHT UP IN THE ROLLER AND IT SUCKED HIM THROUGH.

OPERATOR LOST CONTROL OF 966C LOADER GOING DOWN HILL & JUMPED FROM MACHINE AS IT ENTERED WASH PLANT POND. HE SUFFERED BRUISED & ABRASIONS TO BODY-NO BREAKS. DAMAGE TO LOADER WAS MINIMUL.
