COWORKER HAD EMPLOYEE ADJUST THE BRACKET ON THE RETURN ROLLER AS HE WAS HITTING THE BRACKET. EMPLOYEE'S ARM GOT CAUGHT UP IN THE ROLLER AND IT SUCKED HIM THROUGH.
