Employee pinched finger between stone causing a laceration.

EE team lifted a stone, lost footing while carrying and fell hurting ankle.

EE was breaking stone in the Chilton shop. While EE was breaking stone, a chip of the stone went up under EE's safety glasses into EE's left eye. EE was given first aid to flush EE's left eye. Afterward, EE still felt discomfort in EE's eye. EE was taken to the clinic and EE's left eye was found to have a scratch. EE was given a prescription for eye drops.

EE was opening a stone with a hammer and chisel when a small piece of stone flew and contacted EE's right 5th digit, resulting in a laceration.

Employee was operating a stone splitter. EE was using EE's right hand to push a piece of stone out of the splitter. At this time, EE's left hand on the controls accidentally dropped the splitter head onto EE's right middle finger resulting in a laceration and two fractures.
