WHILE ADJUSTING OUTRIGGERS TO LEVEL CRANE, CABLE ON CRANE CAME IN CONTACT WITH ELECTRIC WIRE. ELECTRICITY TRAVELED THREW MACHINE AND CONTACTED EMPLOYEE THAT WAS STANDING ON THE GROUND WHO WAS IN CONTACT WITH CRANE.

EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A 945B FIAT ALLIS LOADER. WHILE DIGGING INTO A ROCK PILE, THE BUCKET OF THE LOADER SLIPPED ON A LARGE ROCK CAUSING THE OPERATOR TO TWIST SUDDENLY AND HURT FIVE VERTABRAE IN HIS BACK.
