WHILE ADJUSTING OUTRIGGERS TO LEVEL CRANE, CABLE ON CRANE CAME IN CONTACT WITH ELECTRIC WIRE. ELECTRICITY TRAVELED THREW MACHINE AND CONTACTED EMPLOYEE THAT WAS STANDING ON THE GROUND WHO WAS IN CONTACT WITH CRANE.

EE WAS DUMPING A LOAD OF COAL IN THE HOPPER. AFTER DUMPING THE LOAD, HE GOT OUT TO CRACK SOME LUMPS OF COAL. WHILE SWINGING THE HAMMER, HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND SLIPPED ON THE GRATES HE WAS STA NDING ON, FELL DOWN AND CUT HIS LEFT SHIN BELOW THE KNEE.
