EMPLOYEE STEPPED DOWN FROM A LOADER INTO A HOLE IN THE GROUND CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS ANKLE AND FALL. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE THAT THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT CHECK THE GROUND CONDITION BEFORE STE PPING OFF THE MACHINE AND AN UNEVEN SURFACE CONDITION. INJURY INVOLVES SPRAINED ANKLE WITH TORN LIGAMENTS.
