TWO WORKERS UNDERNEATH GRAVEL BIN. WORKERS ON TOP OF DUMP TRUCK BED, CUTTING DOWN PINCH VALVE FOR THE GRIT BIN. THERE WAS GRIT IN THE BIN, WHICH FORCED THE PINCH VALVE TO COME LOOSE EARLY. THIS PUSHED HIM OFF THE TRUCK BED.
