About two months ago Jaime was working over by the wash plant when they slipped on some HTH Flocculant, a chemical we use to clean the water to reuse again. When they fell, they struck their leg.

EE was operating the skid steer and cut the tip of EE's left middle finger

EE was in the dump truck, on the pad and unloading. The truck was in park. EE felt the sand start to give way and the truck tipped on its side. EE didn't have any physical injuries other than soreness.
