HEARTLAND QUARRIES LLC · Over-exertion in lifting objects

The employee was shoveling rock from a skid steer bucket while stemming blast holes and EE felt EE's right shoulder pop. This resulted in soreness and upon nurse consultation became a restricted duty case.
