Sand Mill Inc · Fall from machine

Employee, a driver for Ingram Ready Mix, a customer of the mine, while waiting to be loaded, "blacked out" and fell two to four feet from the step of his truck cab to a stockpile of wet sand. His shoulder was dislocated by the landing. Prognosis is for a two week recovery.
