THE EE WAS SERVICEING A CONVEYOR AT THE TAIL SECITON. EE WAS STANDING ON THE CONVEYOR SECTION WHICH WAS LESS THAN 6" FROM GROUND-LEVEL. EE SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND. GROUND CONDITIONS WER E WET AND SLIPPERY. EE WALKED THRU THE WET SLIPPERY AREA SURROUNDING THE CONVERYOR WHICH RESULTED IN POOR STABILITY ONCE THE EE STEPPED ONTO THE CONVEYOR PLATFORM. THE EE BACK WAS SORE THE FO
