THE EE WAS SERVICEING A CONVEYOR AT THE TAIL SECITON. EE WAS STANDING ON THE CONVEYOR SECTION WHICH WAS LESS THAN 6" FROM GROUND-LEVEL. EE SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND. GROUND CONDITIONS WER E WET AND SLIPPERY. EE WALKED THRU THE WET SLIPPERY AREA SURROUNDING THE CONVERYOR WHICH RESULTED IN POOR STABILITY ONCE THE EE STEPPED ONTO THE CONVEYOR PLATFORM.
