EE was removing a punch plate from the shaker tower when the plate moved unexpectedly pinching two middle fingers on right hand against the frame of the shaker.

Employee was operating a 988K loader feeding a stationary crushing and screening plant. The operator drove the loader over a large rock, adjacent to the muck pile, causing operator to lose control of the loader. This caused injury to the operator's back. The operator required off site medical treatment and time off per medical professional

Employee was using a cheater pipe on a wrench to loosen a nut. When the bolt came loose the employee smashed hand between the pipe and excavator bucket. The employee received 2 stitches from the incident.
