EE was operating an aerial lift around the plant when they ran over some uneven ground the platform produced a sudden movement causing the EE to strike their left knee against the railing frame.

Employee was operating a 988K loader feeding a stationary crushing and screening plant. The operator drove the loader over a large rock, adjacent to the muck pile, causing operator to lose control of the loader. This caused injury to the operator's back. The operator required off site medical treatment and time off per medical professional

Employee was using a cheater pipe on a wrench to loosen a nut. When the bolt came loose the employee smashed hand between the pipe and excavator bucket. The employee received 2 stitches from the incident.
