A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK 6" TO 10" IN THICKNESS AND MEASURING APPROX. 5' X 5', DISLODGED ITSELF FROM THE MINE ROOF. THE ROCK FELL BACK TO THE FIRST ROW OF BOLTS AND CAME IN CONTACT WITH EE'S LEG A S HE STOOD AT THE LAST ROW OF BOLTS. EE WAS EXAMINING THE CONTROLS ON THE PINNER.
