EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO SHUT DOWN GYRO CRUSHER CIRCUIT, THE CIRCUIT DID NOT DISCONNECT. THE EMPLOYEE THEN ATTEMPTED TO DISCONNECT A 30 AMP SEWITCH. WHEN HE THREW THE SWITCH A FLASH OCCURED.
