A CHAIN WAS SECURED TO POWER POLE FROM 988 BUCKET. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO RAISE POWER POLE FROM ITSUPRIGHT POSITION, POWER POLE BROKE APPROX. 3 FT ABOVE SURFACE & RESTED ON 988 BUCKET.
