Cut right ring finger when it was caught between a sharp edge on an engine block and a piece of pipe while lowering engine block to the ground.

Ladder slipped and he hit his head on a pulley guard. He failed to get help holding the ladder stable. Protective equipment was in place. He needed 3 staples to closed cut and returned to work next day.
