INJURED\S CO-WORKER PULLED THE PIN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE HORIZONTAL BAR S TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE PRESS. WHEN INJURED\S CO-WORKER PULLED THE PIN, THIS ALLOWED THE DOUBLE BARS TO SWING DOWN ON THE RIGHT SIDE PIN AND INJURED\S FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE HORZ
