INJURED WAS CUTTING CONVEYOR BELTING WITH A UTILITY KNIFE.THE LAST SECTION OF BELTING WAS HARD TO CUT SO HE GOT DOWN ON ONE KNEE FOR MORE LEVERAGE.WHEN THE KNIFE CAME THROUGH IT CONTINUED INTO HIS RIGHT LEG.
