Employee was drilling holes in granite. The drill steel puller was not working correctly. Employee was pulling steel out by hand. A couple days later, on Sunday, Employee informed Supervisor that EE's right shoulder was hurting. EE sought medical advice, diagnosed Right AC Joint Sprain. At this time EE is unable to work until 2-24-2022, pending evaluation. Lost time injury.

Employee started fire on ground to burn garbage, returned to fire with second bunch of papers. He removed can of OFF from second bunch and saw can of blue paint already in fire. He turned away just as can of blue paint exploded and hot paint was sent into the air, burning employee's arms, right side of face, right ear, lower part of left leg and little spot on chest and back.

Employee was pressure washing loader, climbed down off machine's ladder, lost balance on ice, slipped and fell on hip, causing left hip contusion. Did not return to work the following day but went to doctor, was released to return to work light duty, full release effective 3-8-11. One day lost time, three days light duty.

Employee was running trim drill, drill steel broke. He went to get new drill steel. He did not unhook safety harness, got to end of rope the rope pulled him down and he fell on the foot of the drill, fracturing a rib on his right side.

Employee was doing maintenance at Quarry, changing oil on a grove crane with the hood open. The hood pin was not in all the way. He hit the hood and the pin came out, slamming hood on his finger. He fractured his right index finger. He continued to work his shift, then saw doctor in the evening, returning to work the next day at the Rockville Shop.
Employee was wedging stone, stone shifted, pinned his foot and ankle between stone and loader bucket. When bucket was lifted, foot was loosened and stone started to shift, he jumped from block and cut his arm. He sustained multiple fractures to the right ankle, possible skin damage to both sides of the right ankle.
