THE EMPLOYEE C AME BACK TO WORK & THE ELBOW HAS GOTTEN PROGRESSELY WORSE. ON 12-20-94 HIS DR ORDDERED HIM TO NOT USE HIS ARM FOR 7-10- DAUS& LET IT RECUPERATE, LAST DAY WORKED 12-22-94.
