The block saw bound up and the feed crank pulled employee's arm causing shoulder pain. He is finding it painful to move his right arm. He was diagnosed with a bone spur in his shoulder.

Hadeka Slate Flooring Inc · Struck against stationary object

The employee was climbing the hill of the pit in a haul truck to dump rubbish at the grout pile. He tried to downshift on an incline and lost momentum to climb the hill. The truck rolled back to the quarry floor and slipped off the road causing it to tip on it's side. The employee jumped from the truck and sprained or fractured his wrist and had minor skin scrapes.
