EMPLOYEE SLIPPED AND FELL - BEGAN EXPERIENCING PAIN IN LEFT SIDE. EMPLOYEE INITIALLY TRIED HOME HEALTHCARE BUT AFTER PERSISTANT PAIN, ON APRIL 8 HE DECIDED TO SEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT.

EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE A LARGE ROCK FROM THE ROCK FEEDER. WHILE ATTEMPTING THIS TASK, THE ROCK SHIFTED CAUSING THE EE TO SHIFT HIS WEIGHT TO HIS RIGHT ARM TO KEEP EE FROM FALLING DOWN. TH IS ACTION CAUSED THE EMPLOYEE TO INJURE HIS SHOULDER.

A LARGE ROCK HAD STOPPED THE ROCK HOPPER UP AT THE PRIMARY. THE EMPLOYEE HAD WENT DOWN TO TRY TO MOVE SOME SMALLER STONES SO THAT HE COULD GET TO THE ONW CAUSING THE PROBLEM. WHILE MOVING THE STONES ONE SHIFTED AND STRUCK HIS LEGS.
