EMPLOYEE WAS WELDING WITH AN ELECTRIC WELDER. HE WAS STANDING ON A STEEL LADDER. HIS CLOTHES WERE WET WITH SWEAT AND THE WELDING LEADS GROUNDED OUT THROUGH HIM AND SHOCKED HIM CAUSING HIM TO F ALL 12 TO 15 FEET TO THE GROUND CAUSING INJURY TO HIS BODY AND BREAKING TWO TOES ON HIS RIGHT FOOT.
