A rock was placed in the jaw. The rock needed to be moved. Employee used a bar to move rock. While doing this he strained his lower back.

Employee said he was lifting a door and heard a pop sound. He did not use proper lifting type of tool for task attempted. The medical quantification is unknown and will be determined by professional medical staff.
