MEN WERE BUILDING FENCE. ONE MAN PULLED ON BARB WIRE. WIRE CUT VICTIM'S RIGHT EAR.
HE WAS DOING A PRE-SHIFT INSPECTION ON 74 TRUCK FORD 800 FUEL TRUCK, STEPPED OFF TRUCK & TWISTEDHIS ANKLE. HE WAS IN PAIN- WENT TO THE DR. & FOUND CRACKED BONE IN RT. ANKLE.

EE WAS ASKED TO CHECK A PTO LEVER ON A DUMP TRUCK HE BUMPED THE LEVER WHICH CAUSED THE PTO GEAR TO GRIND AGAINST THE TRANSMISSION GEARS. THIS SPUN THE PTO SHAFT HIS COVERALLS GOT CAUGHT BY TH E SHAFT WHICH BROKE HIS ARM. LEFT UPPER EXTREMITY HAD RECEIVED AN AVULSION & FRACTURE TO THE FOREARM EQUIPEMENT SHOULD NOT BE WORKED ON WITH ENGINE RUNNING

EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING ON A LARE WRENCH WHICH SLIPPED & HIT HIM IN THE MOUTH HE WENT TO DOC WHO PULLED A TOOTH
INJURED REMOVED HIS HARD HAT AFTER WORK. WALKING TO HIS CAR HE WALKED INTO A LOADER BUCKET AND BUMPED HIS HEAD. HE WENT TO DR AND GOT A DAY OFF. HE THEN COMPLAINED OF A HEADACHE AND PAIN ME DICINE MADE HIM DROZEY. TOOK THE REST OF WEEK OFF.
