DUMP TRUCK WAS LEAVING THE QUARRY WITH A LOAD OF STONE WHEN IT LOST TRACTION AND SLID BACK DOWN ROAD. EE WAS WALKING UP OUT OF THE QUARRY & WAS STRUCK BY TRUCK.
