WHILE CHANGING A DRAG CABLE ON DRAGLINE THE LOG CHAIN ATTACHED TO THE BROKEN CABLE AND THE BUCKET OF SMALL END LOADER TO PULL THE REMINDER OF CABLE FROM THE DRUM. CHAIN BECAME UNHOOKED UNDER T ENSION THE RESULTANT SNAP OF THE CHAIN HIT THE INDIVIDUAL IN THE HEAD CAUSING A MINOR LACERATION IMMEDICALY UNDER THE AREA COVERED BY HARDHAT.
