CONTRACTOR WAS ATTEMPTING TO FEEL THE TENSION OFTHE BELTS AND BUMPED THE ENGINE STARTER BUTTON CAUSING THE ENGINE TO TURN OVER. WHEN THE HAND WERE CAUGHT BETWEEN A BELT AND PULLY.
