EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING BELT ON CONVEYOR. AFTER COMPLETING JOB, HE NOTICED PAIN AND STIFFNESS IN SHOULDER. HE DID NOT HAVE TAKEN CARE OF UNTIL SEASONAL LAYOFF. HE LOST NO TIME FROM WORK. HE HAD SURGERY ON 12-18-91. I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS A REPORTABLE ACCIDENT UNTIL THEN.
