THE INJURED WAS DRIVING A LOADER. THE CABLE FROM THE SHIFTER GOT TANGLED IN THE DRIVE LINE. THE SHIFTER ROD WENT UP AND HIT THE WINDSHIELD, BREAKING THE GLASS AND CAUSING THE GLASS PARTICLE TO ENTER THE INJURED'S EYE.
