The loader operator was moving asphalt stacker with a loader 1121G with a chain hooked to bucket. After it was in position EE was unhooking the chain, EE claims foot was under the bucket at the same time the loader operator lowered the bucket to the ground. EE did not request medical attention at the time and finished shift. EE went on 10/18/19 to get x-rays.
