THE INJURED AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WERE USING A CHOKER CABLE WITH THE D-9 TP PULL A ROCK FROM THE JAW.HE PULLED IT OUT THEN SET IT BACK SO IT COULD GO THROUGH THE CRUSHER.THE CABLE WOULD NOT COM E LOOSE SO THE INJURED TRIED TO FREE IT THE ROCK SLIPPED THROUGH THE CABLE JERKING HIS SHOULDER.
