PUMP SUCKED AIR3AND CREATED STEAM WHEN IT BLOW HOSE OFF AND BURNED THE EMPLOYEE WITH HOT WATER AND THE EMPLOYEE RECEIVED 2 DEGREE BURNS ON HIS BACK.
