Employee was turning on heater in the loader cab, he put his hand in to check how much air was moving and his fingers hit the fan, cutting his right middle and ring fingers, requiring sutures. No lost time.

EE WAS OPERATING DRILL WHEN HE SLIPPED, HE TRIED TO STEADY HIMSELF AND GRABBED A DRILL STEEL WHILE IT WAS ROTATING. HIS GLOVE WRAPPED AROUND THE DRILL STEEL, DISLOCATING 2 FINGERS AND CUTTING 1 FINGER. RIGHT RING AND MIDDLE FINGER DISLOCATION, RIGHT RING FINGER LACERATION.

EE WAS SLIDING DRILL STEEL THROUGH THE CENTRALIZER. THE STEEL GOT HUNG UP ON THE STEEL PULLERS. WHEN TRYING TO FREE THE STEEL, THE HYDRAULIC CENTRALIZERS SHUT ON HIS FINGERS, SMASHED FIRST TWO FINGERS ON LEFT HAND.
