Worker was removing chopped stone from the chopper via conveyor discharge belt. He removed the next stone from the conveyor and stacked it onto pallet in the floor. He then turned his head (Still Bent Over)and this action placed his head into the discharge area. The next stone from conveyor belt struck him on top of head resulting in a cut.

Worker was stacking rock when severe pain developed in his left arm. The supervisor was near by and both thought it was a possible heart attack. Emergency 911 was called and he was taken to Johnson County Med. Ctr. in Clarksville, Ar. The Emergency Room diagnosis was a pinched Sciatic Nerve.
