EE WAS RETURNING FROM LUNCH. OTHER ASKED EE TO GET A BLOCK OF WOOD-APPROX. 6"X10"X12" TO BE USED FOR SUPPORT AND A SQUIRT CAN OF OIL. ANOTHER EE SAW EE TOPPLE AGAINST SOME CRIBBING BLOCKS AND AN ALUMIMUM LADDER. OTHER ASKED EE IF HE WAS OK REALIZING EE THIS WAS A SERIOUS SITUATION. OTHER RAN TO THE OFFICE TO CALL THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL TEAM.
