USING 26C SCOOP TO POSITION BELT DRIVE. APPLIED BUCKET PRESSURE TO END OF DRIVE UNIT. RELEASED SAME TOO QUICK CAUSING SCOOP TO BOUNCE SEVERELY. OPERATOR HAD HIS HEAD OVER DECK BUMPER. THE BOUN CE CAUSED CUT TO HEAD AND EAR WHICH REQUIRED MULTIPLE SUTURES.
