EE WAS REMOVING STONE FROM THE JOINT SAW TABLE WITH THE MOVING BAR WHEN THE STONE SLIPPED PINNING THE FINGERS ON HIS RIGHT HAND BETWEEN THE BAR & CONCRETE FLOOR. THE TIPS OF HIS INDEX, MIDDLE & RING FINGERS WERE SEVERED AT THAT TIME.

EE HAD NOT RAISED 4INCH STOVE SLAB HIGH ENOUGHT TO GET OVER THE TOP OF EXISTING SLABS ALREADY STANDING IN PLANT AREA. HE THEN BUMPED THE EXISTING SLABS IN PLAN AND THEN TO CORRECT THE MOVEMENT OF THE SLABS HE HAD ONT HE CRANE HE GRABBED THESLABS AND GOT HIS FINGER IN BETWEEN TWO OF THEN AND THEY BROKE LEAVING HIS MIDDLE FINGER ON RIGHT HAND SMASHED.
