While picking up spreader bar to put on lowboy, spreader bar for the dragline bucket. The spreader bar slipped, pinning finger against a piece of metal.
EE was trying to loosen nut on Eagle Sand Screw. Nut broke loose. In process the wrench pinched finger against frame.

Accident was not reported until January 16, 2012. EE was lifting cribbing when he felt a pain in right middle of back.

When it was reported to supervisor, employee complained of blood in urine. Then when he went to Dr. he complained of blood in stool.

EE HAD EPILEPTIC SEIZURE. HIS MEDICATION HAD RECENTLY BEEN CHANGED. WHEN SYMPTOMS WERE NOTICED HE WAS REMOVED FROM JOB SITE. EE WAS IN EMPLOYER'S TRUCK BEING TAKEN FROM MINE PROPERTY WHEN SEIZURE BEGAN. NO INJURIES OCCURRED.
