EE tripped on the air hose from EE's service truck. EE fell on left leg trying to catch self as EE fell. EE broke both bones in left leg below the knee.

THE EMPLOYEE STATES HE WAS STANDING NEXT TO THE ENGINE OF A D9L DOZER. HE STATES HE PUT ONE LEG INTO THE ENGINE COMAPRTMENT, AND LIFTED OUT AN ENGINE CYLINDER LINER (8-9 LBS.), AND TWISTED HIS UPPER BODY TO SET THE LINER DOWN. HE STATES HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK AFTER SETTING DOWN THE LINER.
