Harvey Materials Corp · Fall onto or against objects

A customer entered pit with his pickup truck. I approached him with loader. As soon as loader was off, he climbed up on bottom step, talked to me a minute or so, then his right hand appeared to slip. He spun in a circle, fell under machine and hit his head on the edge of main frame.
