HE WAS WORKING RELOCATING A SMALL OFFICE TRAILER. THERE WAS WATER THAT HAD DRAINED FROM AN ADJACENT BUILDING THAT HAD CREATED A POOL OF WATER. HE TRIPPED AND FELL FORWARD LANDING ON A PIECE OF REBAR. THE PIECE OF REBAR ENTERED HIS RIGHT EYE SOCKET, BETWEEN HIS EYEBALL AND NOSE. HE HAD BEEN WEARING SAFETY GLASSES, THEY HAD FELL OFF IN THE FELL.
