Dr. claims injury could be from repetitive motion of ee's job. Not from a specific incident. Company disputes this claim and will seek further evidence of work related cause.

EE reports that on 11/28/12 he further aggravated the injury while performing the same task. He worked through the day. Worked 11/29/12 then sought medical treatment that evening in the emergency room and was placed out of work.
