Employee was getting into his work truck, went to sit down and felt alot of pain in his back.

On 10/24/12 EE strained his rgt. side back and hip area while installing a water line. EE declined medical attention at that time. EE reports that on 11/28/12 he further aggravated the injury while performing the same task. He worked through the day. Worked 11/29/12 then sought medical treatment that evening in the emergency room and was placed out of work.
