WAS ON ROCK CRUSHER CONVEYOR BELT & CAUGHT HOLD OF A PIECE OF METAL CAUSING SHOCK. HE FELL TO GROUND & HURT LEFT SHOULDER. HE BURNED HIS HANDS AS HE CAUGHT METAL.
