EE was standing beside a hung water line, approx 4' off the bottom. The water line blew apart, striking EE in the rib area of his body.
Scoop was stuck 2 breaks inside. The conditions were wet and had frozen into ice.

EE stated that he was walking and pulling miner cable when he struck him right ear on a strap. He went to the harh hospital where he received 2 stitches to the head and ear.
