DRIVING THE QUARRY'S ROCK TRUCK DOWN THE HAUL ROAD TO THE PIT, THE ENGINE OF THE ROCK TRUCK STALLED. HE LOST CONTROL OF THE TRUCK AND IT SLAMMED INTO THE LOWER HIGH-WALL OF THE PIT.
