Lion Cave Materials · Accident type, without injuries

At about 5pm on Monday the 17th of June 2024 the operator arrived at the parking area. The operator parked the articulated dump truck, engaged the parking brake & exited the truck & entered the restroom. As soon as the operator entered & closed the door another operator started yelling fire. Upon exiting the restroom in a matter of minutes the cab of the truck was fully engulfed.
