EE noticed chest/rib pains while reaching over an electric motor and later while dislodging a rock. He did not report the injury or seek medical attention. On Sunday 5/25/08, he sought medical treatment. Monday was a holiday; he reported his injury at 7:50 AM on Tuesday, 5/27/08. X-rays are being scheduled. He has lost no work days.

EMPL WAS STANDING ON GRIZZLEY OVER FEED HOPPER. GRIZZLEY WAS BEING LIFTED UP ON ONE SIDE FOR ACCESS INTO HOPPER BY C HAIN TIED FROM GIZZLEY BAR TO FRONET END LOADER BUCKET. GRIZZLEY BAR BRO KE LOOSE CUASING GRIZZLEY TO FALL BACK & EMPL FELL APPROX 9' TO GROUND INJURING HIS HEEL.
