PULLED MUSCLE IN SHOULDER WHILE PULLING ON WRENCH TO TIGHTEN BOLTS ON MINER HEAD
HARD-HAT FELL OFFAND EMPL GRABVBED FOR IT AND HIT RIGHT ARM AGAINST ROOF BOLT.
